FMF California Classic Championship

The third annual FMF California Classic Motocross event returns to Glen Helen April 9-12, 2015. This four-day, AMA-sanctioned event kicks off with practice on April 9th, followed by three days of racing April 10-12.

Amidst the intensity of Loretta Lynn’s and Mammoth Motocross qualifiers, the Cal Classic emerges as a break from the pressure of competition, providing riders a chance to race for the fun of it in the company of friends and family.

This unique AMA West Coast event has a championship format, with each racer running three motos, all adding to the overall scores for titles given out on the final day. Friday will see Moto 1 and a great start to the spring break week. Saturday is Moto 2, and Sunday all the hardware will be awarded to the champions of each class following Moto 3.

Despite the rigorous three-moto format and competitive west coast talent, last year proved to be about fun and family, above all. We even saw appearances from big names like Jeremy Martin, who raced the pro classes. Sponsors like Red Bull, FMF, and Lucas Oil will be contributing special events and prizes throughout the weekend. More details to follow.
